Five-star dual-threat quarterback Tate Martell tweeted his top 7 schools, listing the UCLA Football team among them.

One of the biggest recruiting targets in the nation has cut his list of schools down to seven.

The #1 dual-threat quarterback in the nation and the #12 overall player (according to Scout.com), 5-star QB Tate Martell (Bishop Gorman HS/Las Vegas) tweeted out the final choices in his recruiting process.

That is right folks, this QB gem is looking at the Bruins as a possible landing spot for this college career. The UCLA Football team is among seven schools that Martell has carved his list down to.

Along with UCLA, Martell is also looking at Cal, USC, Ohio State, Colorado, Miami and West Virginia.

Martell is a former two-time commit as he previous pledged his allegiance to the Steve Sarkisian-led Washington Huskies (he was offered in the 8th grade). After Sark left, Martell decommitted but apparently found a short-lived home with Texas A&M.

Unfortunately for the Aggies, Martell decommitted amid speculation that former UCLA Offensive Coordinator and new Texas A&M OC Noel Mazzone did not see eye-to-eye.

With Martell opening up his recruitment once again, the Bruins quickly entered the picture for the dual-threat QB. There is also a picture on his personal Twitter account (which is currently pinned to the top of his timeline) that led many to not only believe that UCLA was one of his top choices, but quite possibly THE choice.

Though Martell is showing UCLA love wearing a Bruin baseball jersey, the question remains if he is serious (as an Adidas supporter) to join the Bruins who just ditched the 3 stripes for a $280 million deal with Under Armour.
