The time and TV broadcast for UCLA Basketball vs Kentucky has been set. ESPN will show the December 3 game at 6 p.m. PT.
One of the biggest games of the UCLA Basketball non-conference schedule is now set in stone. Last season, the Bruins announced a home-and-home series with the Kentucky Wildcats which is set to start this coming season on Thursday, December 3 at Pauley Pavilion and switch over to Rupp Arena in Kentucky for the 2016-17 season.

Today it was announced that sports conglomerate ESPN will air the game (yay, Bill Walton time!!!) on their flagship channel at 6 p.m. PT.
This is the second year in a row (with next season making three) that the Bruins and Wildcats will square off. Last year, UCLA Basketball lost a forgettable game againt the record breaking #1 Kentucky team in Chicago at the CBS Sports Classic. In a game in which the Wildcats were up 41-7 at halftime, the Bruins manged to make it ‘respectable’ with a final tally of 83-44.
The Bruins look to get some revenge this season when the Wildcats come to Pauley Pavilion… for the very first time. With UK losing their top seven scorers (SEVEN!) to the NBA Draft and UCLA having thier deepest team in the Steve Alford era, this could make for one interesting basketball game.
The game against Kentucky will be the Bruin’s eigth of the season as they host Monmouth, Cal Poly, Pepperdine and Cal State Northridge as well as a trip to Hawaii for the Maui Invitational before they take on the Wildcats.
