On Wednesday, the UCLA basketball team released their non-conference schedule for the upcoming season which is loaded with elite teams as well as the given cupcakes.

The Bruins will play 13 games before Pac-12 play begins on the week of January 2, 2019, and will be one tough course to navigate. UCLA will play nine of those games at Pauley Pavilion which include the first of a home-and-home series against Notre Dame.

The Bruins only have one true road non-conference game as they play the second in their series with Cincinnati on the Bearcats’ home court.

During Thanksgiving Weekend, the Bruins will travel to Nevada for the Las Vegas Invitational, which could be their toughest two-game stretch of the season. UCLA will take on Michigan State in the first game and will play either Texas or North Carolina in the second game.

Alford and his team will also have one final elite battle as they face Ohio State in Chicago for the CBS Sports Classic.
