UCLA Basketball: Under Armour reveals the new women’s and men’s uniforms
Under Armour unveils their latest Bruin unis as fans finally get to see what the women’s and men’s UCLA Basketball teams will be wearing next season.
They are here, Ladies and Gentlemen! After the unveilings and sneak peaks of the UCLA Football, Women’s Soccer and Women’s Volleyball team uniforms, both UCLA Basketball teams finally get to unveil their new Under Armour threads, which remained true to the traditional style. So far, UA has only revealed the white home uniforms for both teams.

Both the women’s and men’s uniforms are now very similar in style, they are almost carbon copies of each other. Under Armour has essentially unified all of UCLA Basketball by having similar uniforms for both programs.

Both unis now take on the same overall design (with slight differences), which is that of the traditional men’s uniform.

Last season, the women’s uniforms were heavily lined with blue, especially around the shoulder straps, which has changed as it appears that the new jerseys have no stripes, though the new UCLA-UA stripes (which has become the stripes that Under Armour will put on all of the UCLA uniforms) appear on the waistband and lining of the shorts.
And as expected, the women lose the old “B” logo on the leg, but they gain a beltbuckle-esque “Champions Made Here” logo patch on the waistband.
For the men, the home unis are white with (powder keg) blue and gold stripes lining both the jersey and shorts.
The arched “UCLA” logo remains the same for both, as well as the block lettering. UA also kept the John Wooden “JRW” Pyramid of Success and Pac-12 logos on the top left of the jersey.
The minor differences from last season come with what Under Armour has promised for all of the UCLA Athletic teams. Along with the stripe, both uniforms have the “Champions Made Here” logo on the lower right of the jersey and of course now bear the UA logo on the top right.

Hopefully sometime soon, we get to see what the away jerseys look like, but if they are anything similar to what was revealed today, the only difference could be the change in color to powder keg blue. Good work, Under Armour.
