In Episode 86 of the What’s Bruin Show, we take a look at the UCLA Basketball team after the loss to North Carolina and preview the UCLA Football team as they get set to play in the Foster Farms Bowl.
In this latest episode, hosts Bill Shirley, Jake Merrifield and I start off this second holiday episode with a look at the UCLA Basketball team. The Bruins lost to North Carolina pretty badly last weekend, and even though it seems like they may be slipping into old habits, UCLA Basketball is doing better than expected.

Despite getting up ended by UNC, the Bruins already have a good resume for the NCAA Tournament, pending they do not screw up in conference play.
UCLA Basketball team has a break until New Year’s Night when they start the Pac-12 up at Washington. If the Bruins have a decent time in conference then they, well, you have to listen to find out.
We then have our final Game That Will Be with the UCLA Football team as we preview the Bruins and the Nebraska Cornhuskers. We start things off with Jake’s final trivia session for the season.
We then breakdown the match-up with stats, which is very similar between both UCLA and Nebraska, and try to come to a logical outcome about what will happen. Yet we all know what will happen… GO BRUINS!
