Both teams will be playing their final regular season game next Saturday at the Los Angeles Coliseum. Winner goes to the Pac-12 Championship Game.

More from Go Joe Bruin

Despite losing to Oregon, USC still controls their fate, though it has gotten easier for both them and UCLA. With the Bruins win over Utah, UCLA has eliminated the Utes from winning the Pac-12 South whilst keeping their own conference hopes alive. That sets up a huge game for these city rivals.

UCLA has defeated USC the last three seasons, which is the exact same period that Jim Mora has been in control of UCLA.

USC had fired their head coach Steve Sarkisian earlier this season and replaced him with interim coach Clay Helton and is currently 4-2 leading the Trojans.

It is just like old times Bruin fans. UCLA and USC playing on the final game of the season, but this time to determine a division winner. Back in the day they were playing for the conference title, but this contest will determine who goes to the Pac-12 Chaompionship Game and try to capture the conference title. It does not get any better than this.
