UCLA 38 – Arizona 17
In the Jim Mora era, UCLA has absolutely dominated Arizona. Even with the recent loss of star linebacker/nickel back/running back Myles Jack, UCLA should be able to pressure Anu Soloman due to his inexperienced Offensive Line. I expect a heavy dose of Paul Perkins and Nate Starks to help Josh Rosen gain his confidence on a nationally broadcasted game. This game will be a good test for the Bruins, but I expect them to pull of a semi-easy game.

UCLA 34 – Arizona 31
UCLA opens conference play under the lights in Tuscon where the Bruins will look to put up points against a noticeably weak defense. Depending on how our defense looks with the loss of three nfl-caliber starters, this game could end up being a shootout, in which case it’s tough to trust a true freshman to keep up with a great QB in Anu Solomon. But we all trust Rosen to come up big when it matters like he did against BYU, and pushing the Bruins to another close win.

UCLA 27 – Arizona 21
UCLA relies on the formula it used for success against BYU, with a strong ground game and tight red zone defense, to pull out a victory in the desert.

I really feel that even more so than before, the Brins need to playa little bit more conservative while they are getting Josh Rosen and the defense back on track. I think they will hold Arizona to a bunch of field goals.

It will be a little bit less of a gap than previously predicted with Myles Jack out. I think it will be a very close game with the Bruins pulling it out.

UCLA 17 – Arizona 10
Even though the Bruins are 3-0 to start the season, it has definitely been a shaky road to that undefeated mark.
Josh Rosen has been erratic following his tremendous debut against Virginia, although the defense played well during the suspension of Ishmael Adams.
The good news is Adams is slated to return this weekend against the talented Arizona Wildcats, the bad news? The Bruins have lost Eddie Vanderdoes, Fabian Moreau, and Myles Jack to season-ending injuries.
As aforementioned, the defense has played well, they do have solid depth, and I am giving them the benefit of the doubt for now.
Offensively, expect the Bruins to rely on the run game again and UCLA will win in a close game throughout.

It concerns me that Myles Jack will not be in this game, but I believe in the coaching staff to get a game plan going for all the other talent on the defense. With UCLA being battle tested and Arizona not so much, the Bruins will grind out a solid win.
