Go Joe Bruin and MarkRogersTV get together to discuss UCLA Football and their upcoming match up with the BYU Cougars.

It has been an interesting two weeks to start the season for the UCLA Football team as they are 1-1 heading into Provo, Utah ro face the BYU Cougars.

Despite a lot of praise in the preseason, the Bruins have not exactly lit the world on fire as they lost a heartbreaker at Texas A&M and had a subpar performance against UNLV. Now UCLA looks to avoid going below .500 against a team that is in the same boat as them.

I discuss this as well as preview the game against BYU with Mark Rogers of MarkRogersTV.

The UCLA Football team will play the second of a home-and-home series at LaVell Edwards Stadium on Saturday and it should be an interesting one. Last year, the Bruins came from behind at the Rose Bowl to pull out a win with a final drive and a game-saving interception to beat the Cougars, 24-23.

This year, BYU looks to enact some revenge as they unleash a revamped offense under new OC Ty Detmer. The Bruins will also look to shore up their defense and try to contain a potent Cougar run game.

On the other side of the ball, UCLA hopes to be more effective in their passing game, while their run game continues to thrive. Rogers and I discuss this and more in our UCLA-BYU preview.
