UCLA Basketball vs Colorado 2018: Gameday info and preview
The UCLA Basketball team returns to Pauley Pavilion to try and get back on the winning track as they welcome the Colorado Buffaloes.
What is left for the UCLA Basketball team to play for? Not a whole lot. They had a chance to make some noise and throw the Pac-12 standings on its head last Saturday, instead, the Washington Huskies did that to them with a throttling.
If anything, UCLA is now playing for a favorable spot in the Pac-12 Tournament, but if they continue to collect losses, they could be out in the first two rounds.

Players to Watch
- All of them – UCLA has played some uninspired basketball this season and it looks like it will continue unless someone (ANYONE!) emerges asa leader and demands better play.
Last Word
Technically, UCLA is still in the hunt for the Pac-12 title, but do not get your hopes up as I have been doing for the last few weeks.

Thing the that I notice about UCLA is that when they play team ball for 40 minutes, they can take on the world. They have so much talent that they could legitimately contend for not only the conference, but could possibly make a deep run in the tournament.
Unfortunately, they are so behind in development, mental fortitude, and spirit that it is hard to gauge which team will come out to play from game to game.
What is even more frustrating is that the Bruins have taken care of business against less talented teams, yet they get their butts whooped aginst the teams at the top of the standings.
Honestly, no one can predict which team will emerge on any given night. I would like to say that since Colorado is struggling and with this game being at Pauley Pavilion, UCLA should have a marked advantage, but that is not set in stone.
Nothing about this season is set in stone.
With that in mind, UCLA will come out to a half-filled Pauley (I blame the overall product as well as this game unfortunately landing on National Signing Day for football) and have a late push which in a game that was closer than the score indicates.
Prediction: UCLA 77 – Colorado 69
