Last Word:
Stanford is not exactly lighting the world on fire. They are at the bottom of the conference standings, though they have only played one game. But if you look at what they did before Pac-12 play, you will understand that they are not an elite program.
So far, the Cardinal do not have a quality win this season, though they did have a four-game losing streak. That is exactly how their narrative has played out this season.
For UCLA, they are riding an interesting three-game win streak which started with Kentucky and ended with a home sweep of the Washington schools. Though the Bruins had their down moments in those games, they came back and punched the Cougars and Huskies in the mouth.
If UCLA can continue to play with the same fight, fight, fight, especially if Holiday and Welsh remain consistent, then the Bruins should get the easy win. But that s not guaranteed on the road.
