Parks is not exactly a speedster, but is more appropriately built for the short passing game — he is a “move-the-sticks” type of player, according to Go Joe Bruin recruiting specialist Michael Hanna.
Parks has good hands, excellent field awareness and can be quite elusive in smalls spaces. He won’t put on the afterburners, but he will make it as hard as possible for defenders to bring him down.
