Quessenberry and Young will represent UCLA Football at Pac-12 Media Day
Seniors OL Scott Quessenberry and LB Kenny Young will be the voice of the Bruins along with Head Coach Jim Mora at Pac-12 Media Day… but where is Josh Rosen?
Pac-12 Media Day is the unofficial start to the Pac-12 Football season where we get to hear from two players and the head coach from each school.

It is a candid affair that mixes the excitement of the upcoming season with the non-football stories and adventures of the offseason.
This year, the UCLA Football program will be represented by senior center Scott Quessenberry and senior linebacker Kenny Young.

Quessenberry will anchor an offensive line that looks to improve under new OC Jedd Fisch and new OL coach Hank Fraley. Last season, Scotty Q was named a First Team Offense All-Pac-12 honoree.
Young was also a Pac-12 honoree as he made it on the second team defense. He was also second in total tackles (90) behind Jayon Brown, who is now in the NFL. He also had 8.5 tackles for a loss, 5 sacks, 3 fumbles recovered and one interception.
The big question here is “why isn’t the offensive leader, Josh Rosen, not attending”? Mora is known for having upper classmen, specifically seniors, represent the program for Pac-12 Media Day, so where is “The Chosen One”?
Make no mistake, Quessenberry has earned the right to be there, especially after all he has worked towards, but Media Day is a chance to get the lowdown on every program and the biggest storyline for the Bruins heading into 2017 is in fact Josh Rosen.

Either way, whatever the reason, Quessenberry, Young and Mora will have plenty of questions to answer on Wednesday, July 26.
