The UCLA Football team got another commitment from an offensive linemen as 3-star offensive tackle Chris Bleich gave his pledge to the Bruins on Monday.
The offensive line is a very hard group to recruit and no one knows that better than the coaches of the UCLA Football team. Luckily, things have changed in the last few weeks as the Bruins received a second commitment from an offensive lineman in the last three days as Chris Bleich (Wyoming Valley West HS/Plymouth, PA) committed to the Bruins.
The Bruin coaches have been stepping it up with recruiting the O-line. Not only is Bleich the third offensive lineman to commit to the 2018 recruiting class, but he is also the third OL the Bruins have welcomed in the last two weeks.
Just over a week ago, the Bruins got immediate help as Miami graduate transfer Sunny Odogwu set Westwood as his next destination in his college football career and will be able to play immediately.

Needless to say, the recruiting of the O-line has stepped up.
But let us get back to the subject at hand, the 6’6″, 313 lbs. Bleich who is the #2 OT in Pennsylvania, per Scout.com.
For a big man, he has quick feet and good lateral movement. Bleich has good hand positioning on blocks and is able to lock-in opposing rushers. He is good in open space and can seek out unassigned blocks which help open up running lanes.
This is a good pickup for the Bruins who really need help on the O-line. Depth has been an issue in the last few seasons, but it looks as if the Bruins are restocking nicely.
