What’s Bruin Show – Episode 125 – Bruin Fan Alliance Talks About Their Epic Day, UCLA Basketball

In Episode 125 of the ‘What’s Bruin Show’, we welcome back the Bruin Fan Alliance to talk about their “Epic Day” and then get into UCLA Basketball’s recent success.

In this episode, hosts Bill Shirley, Jake Merrifield and I welcome back members of the Bruin Fan Alliance to talk about their Epic Day and give us their take on UCLA Basketball. Former UCLA athletes Nyjah Nelms and Isaiah Bowens return and bring BFA founder Gene Karzen to the show.

The Bruin Fan Alliance has another event they are hosting on the campus of UCLA in Westwood this Saturday, March 11 as they have their “Epic Day With The BFA”.

The Bruin Fan Alliance is hosting a day-long event for several L.A. students who will be working and interacting with several current and former UCLA Football players. For more information, visit BruinFanAlliance.com.

We then get into the recent happenings with the UCLA Basketball team as they are rolling into the post-season.

The Bruins just defeated the Arizona Wildcats in their own home which has propelled UCLA to the #3 ranking in the AP Poll, in front of both Oregon and Arizona. So with two regular season games left, what does the post-season hold for the Bruins?

Can they make a dent in the Pac-12 Tournament? Their performance in the conference tourney will likely determine if the Bruins can lock in a #2 (and possibly a #1) seed.

And about those seedings, what is going on with college basketball pundits who have the Bruins as a #4 seed in their Bracketologys? We get into that and much more.

All of this and more in Episode 125 of the podcast you all know and love, the What’s Bruin Show. Also available at Podomatic.comiTunes and Stitcher.
