Kickoff time and the television broadcast has been announced for UCLA football game against Arizona this Saturday at the Rose Bowl.

In an attempt to right the ship that is so far a 2–2 season, the UCLA football team will flex their muscles against the Arizona Wildcats this Saturday.

Yesterday it was announced that the kick off for the game will be at 7:30 PM PT and will be broadcast on ESPN.

This is the second week in a row UCLA gets an evening contest at home. Last week they lost a heartbreaker at the Rose Bowl against Stanford, 22-13. UCLA was up 13-9 with over a minute left and then went conservative and allowed Stanford to overcome them.

But now it it is time to move one.

UCLA faces Arizona this weekend, a team they have a 23-15-2 series lead over.  The Bruins currently have a four-game winning streak going against the Wildcats.

Last season, UCLA went into Tucson and dismantled Arizona before the half. They eventually won 56–30. Though UCLA came out the victor with a huge blowout  victory, it was also the first sign of UCLA’s struggle with run defense. Arizona had run all over the Bruins for 353 yards.

With UCLA making improvements on defense this season, especially in trying to stop the run, do not expect the same performance by the Wildcats at the Rose Bowl this weekend.

UCLA has needed some time to get their offense and defense to click, but it seems the Bruins are finding a few things that are working. Not that Arizona will be a pushover, but expect the Bruins to  come in with a strong performance after their letdown again Stanford.
