In The Front Row takes a look at AAU players and UCLA Basketball Commits, Jalen Hill and Jaylen Hands.

In the last few years, things have been looking up for the UCLA Basketball team on the recruiting trail. Though it took a few seasons to get going, Head Coach Steve Alford seems to have found his niche.

This fall the Bruins bring in a Top 5 recruiting class headlined by 5-star point guard Lonzo Ball and power forward T.J. Leaf, who both should be able to come in and contribute right away.

But it gets even better. The season after, UCLA has commitments from three players, two of which are teammates on the AAU basketball team, the Compton Magic.

More from Go Joe Bruin

In 2017, the Bruins reload with 4-star point guard Jaylen Hands and center Jalen Hill. If you have not caught up with the UCLA Basketball recruiting process lately, then it is time to start paying attention because the future is extremely bright.

Hands is by far one of the best point guards in the country. He is extremely active, has great floor vision and is very fast. With the possible departure of Ball after next season, the Bruins do not skip a beat with Hands taking over as the distributor in his freshman year.

Hill is a very explosive player and does nothing other than dominate. He was able to speak with Shareen Rayan, Editor of our FanSided sister site, Zona Zealots, and reporter for In The Front Row, about his experiences playing ball..

Along with that,

In The Front Row

provides highlights of the Compton Magic in action as they participated in the 2016 Pangos Premier Spring Warm-up at Westminster High School last week.

Once again, thank you to Shareen Rayan for this exclusive video. Watching these players in action is already getting me excited for the 2017-18 season. Go Bruins!
