Notice how these all work together? Josh Rosen is a growing superstar who will likely eventually dominate the Pac-12, but Mora’s Bruins have always been the best when they are running the ball effectively. Heading into the home stretch, the Bruins need to develop some healthy habits that will allow the defense time to recover and keep the offense on the field for longer periods of time. The offensive line should be in better shape this week than it was against Colorado (Redmond should be back at least), and they should be able to move the ball regardless of what running back gets the carries (with or without Perkins). Running the ball and using the horizontal passing game will lead to longer drives, which will keep the defense off the field for a change.
