In our first ever video recap, Go Joe Bruin authors Jake Merrifield, Michael Hanna and I break down the first game of the season for UCLA Football as they defeat the Virginia Cavaliers.
There were a lot of story lines in the Bruin’s first game of the season but we focused on the three biggest ones: the emergence of freshman QB Josh Rosen, the Bruins not giving up on the run game and the defense progressing under new Defensive Coordinator Tom Bradley.
We hope to make this a weekly segment so stay tuned for future game recaps. Speaking of, we might need a name for this segment, so if you have an idea for it, hit us up and we will give you a shout out on our next recap.
Enjoy the video and Go Bruins!
