With UCLA Football Head Coach Jim Mora reportedly staying in Westwood, what will happen with the Bruins moving forward, especially with their coaching staff?
So what happens now with the UCLA Football team? It has reported that Jim Mora is committed to the Bruins and staying put in Westwood, but there is more to be done.
With the head of the program still in place, attention now turns to how Mora can fix this team, which means making some adjustments with a few position coaches.
In 2016, UCLA Football went 8-5 which was capped by a loss to USC (which eliminated them from going to the Pac-12 Championship Game) and then suffered defeat to a 5-7 Nebraska team in the Foster Farms Bowl where the Bruins literally got run over in each game.

Though the run defense was a problem during the season, it was not the only thing that hindered UCLA. Continuing with those two games as an example, the Bruins struggled quiet a bit an the offensive side of the ball as well in both play-calling and execution.
Despite having Pac-12 Freshman Offensive Player of the Year Josh Rosen command that side of the ball, the Bruins could not get a whole lot done against the USC and Nebraska defenses. Time and again, the Bruin offensive line broke down which slowed the run game for Paul Perkins and disrupted Rosen with the pass.
There are other factors that led to the Bruins underachieving in 2015, and because of that, Mora has some work to do.
So we ask you Bruin fans, what changes does Jim Mora need make to have UCLA Football take that next step?
