The 2015 UCLA football schedule was released with several surprises, good and bad. We already knew that UCLA would be playing Virginia, UNLV and BYU as well as the nine-game conference schedule, but the Pac-12 has now locked in dates for every game. Some are good and some are confusing as heck.

The season starts with a home game (yay!) as Virginia visits. The next week, the Bruins head to Sin City to take on UNLV followed by a home meeting with BYU. As for Pac-12 play, there are several interesting tidbits in regards to the schedule. The first thing that a lot of Bruin fans are excited about is the fact that the Bruins get to skip out Oregon and Washington for the next two years.
UCLA also has only one bye week, which takes place after an October 3 meeting with Arizona State and before a Thursday night game at Stanford on October 15. Now, here is where the schedule gets a bit funky. Exactly one week after that Thursday game, UCLA plays another Thursday game against Cal at the Rose Bowl. Uh, thanks Pac-12. The Bruins then finish the season on a two-game road trip to Utah and completes the regular season at USC. If you were looking for an easy schedule, you best look somewhere else because UCLA is going to have a very interesting/tough year.
