Skyy Clark’s ability to space the floor will be huge for UCLA in the NCAA tournament. Their offense has operated much more efficiently since he has been back from injury when healthy. He has been one of the best 3-point shooters in the nation. Being able to pull up or catch and shoot from long range. The senior guard shot 43.2% from deep this year. Each year he has been in college he has been able to improve that part of his game.

Clark will be a major factor in what UCLA does on offense for March Madness. With Donovan Dent back from injury tomorrow versus UCF. That will also help Clark be able to operate better on offense. He is able to create his own shot, but when you have your floor general, it makes things much easier for everyone. Dent being out on the court, simply helps everybody on the team. He is one of the best passers in the nation and for good reason.

Clark will have the opportunity to petition for one more college season after this year. Due to missing a large part of his freshman season. That will give him the opportunity for one more year of college. It is not guaranteed that it will get approved. If it doesn’t, this would be his last chance at positively affecting his NBA Draft status. His ability to shoot is a good thing, because the NBA has become a shooters game over the years.

UCLA ended up with a No. 7 seed in the tournament. They sit in a good position to be able to make a run from that spot. This team went healthy is playing really good basketball. They would’ve had a great opportunity to win the Big Ten tournament if they didn’t lose Dent and Tyler Bilodeau to injuries. Now with UCF on deck, they look to get back to full strength and continue the consistency that they have shown. If they can do that, it could be special to watch.
