College Basketball: UCLA highlights teams being disrespected in preseason polls

UConn proved many wrong by winning the national championship last season and they are not getting much respect for this upcoming season.
The Huskies are ranked outside the top 5 in the AP preseason poll.
In the Fox Sports preseason poll, Creighton and Marquette are ranked ahead of UConn.
UConn is ranked not in the top 5 The Athletic preseason poll and this is another example of the Huskies not getting the preseason respect they deserve.
UConn for whatever reason is not getting much respect even though they have three of the top five scorers coming back this season Donovan Clingan, Tristen Newton, and Alex Karaban and they bring in two quality players in Rutgers transfer Cam Spencer and highly touted five-star incoming freshmen Stephon Castle.
They are the defending national champions and are not getting the respect that they deserve for this upcoming season being ranked outside the top 5 in many national preseason polls and rankings.
