It was a statement win. UCLA played well against LSU from start to finish. The Bruins won the game producing 470 yards of total offense and they held the Tigers to 378 total yards.

The win showed the Bruins that they are capable of beating the best teams in the country, and it gave them the momentum they needed to finish the 2021 season strong.
