Myles Jack
As UCLA Football fans we were privileged to see what an amazing athlete Myles Jack was for the Bruins. The speed, the strength and the agility were a combination rarely seen in any athlete let alone a LB. That’s why his knee injury was so devastating and forced him to fall to the second round in the 2016 NFL draft. Eventually his free fall was ended when the Jacksonville Jaguars selected him.
In his first year as a Jaguar Jack struggled to get onto the field and logged a paltry 24 total tackles. I’m expecting that to be just a blip and for that tackles number to easily triple as the depth has moved in Jack’s favor.

This off-season the Jaguars moved Paul Posluszny to the SAM role away from his traditional home in the middle. This was done to get Jack on the field and patrol the middle where his speed and range would be maximized. We’ve yet to see this take place in a real contest yet but with speedy Telvin Smith on one side and Jack in the middle, the Jaguars are going to have some serious speed on the field.
