Wheels Up! The UCLA Bruins Are Bay Area Bound!

The UCLA Bruins have already started preparations for their battle against the Nebraska Cornhuskers in the Foster Farms Bowl and are now on their way to the Bay.

Here it is, Bruin fans… Game week! And it is not just any game, it is the UCLA Bruin‘s (8-4) bowl game in which they will square off against an opponent they have come to know quite well in recent years, the Nebraska Cornhuskers (5-7).

Despite a disappointing end to their regular season, the UCLA Football team has refocused and locked into Nebraska as both teams will do battle for the last time this year this coming Saturday, December 26 at 6:15 p.m. PT.

But that is just the game itself. All week long, the Bruins and Huskers will be participating in events that lead up to the game, brought to you by the San Francisco Bowl Game Association.

Here is a list of events per the Foster Farms Bowl website:

• Tuesday – Welcome dinner
• Wednesday – Kick-off Luncheon at the Westin St. Francis, Press Conference, city tours, Beach Blanket Babylon Show, Asst. Coaches Anchoer Brewery Tour, VIP Dinner
• Thursday – Wives lunch, visit to the Exploratorium, Alcatraz tours, Ice Cream social
• Friday – Volunteering at CLIDE and St. Anthony’s, facility walk-through
