The Offensive Line as Chewbacca (Wookies)
UCLA’s offensive line is big and experienced and has a life-debt protecting the offense. Conor McDermott, Alex Redmond, Jake Brendel, Caleb Benenoch and Simon Goines are the guys that will help UCLA succeed without being in the spotlight.
Like Chewie, the offensive line gives without taking. They are loyal, determined, fierce and can most likely rip the arms off a gundark, specifically Benenoch, that guy is huge! Not only that, but like Chewbacca (and Wookies in general) this O-line has a lot of experience and live a long time. As Phil Steele points out, UCLA’s offensive line has the most career starts of any team in the nation.
