Josh Rosen as Luke Skywalker

So why is Josh Rosen Luke Skywalker? He is A New Hope, of course. Not to take anything away from Brett Hundley who not only helped bring the Bruins out of football mediocrity, but he broke records while doing it. Hundley would be more like Obi-Wan Kenobi to Rosen’s Skywalker.

In a way, Hundley, like Kenobi, led the charge in the prequels while Rosen/Skywalker will come in and be victorious in the College Football Playoff galaxy.

Also, as Go joe Bruin writer Michael Hanna puts it, Rosen will eventually be the “future galactic emperor“… but hopefully a good one and not like that prune-faced Palpatine.
