12. Mike MacIntyre, Colorado Buffaloes

Record: 6-18 at Colorado, 22-39 overall

It is hard to see that Colorado is improving when the rest of the Pac-12 is improving even more, but Colorado has. Though it is not apparent in the win column, Colorado has made many small improvements, it is just unfortunately the rest of the Pac-12 is leaving them behind.

MacIntrye could be on the hot seat if he does not lift the Buffaloes out of the cellar this coming season (he should at least win one more game than last year), seeing as how former Colorado coach Jon Embree was fired after two seasons for not improving Colorado football. Still, MacIntyre can improve his stock if he can beat one or two Pac-12 teams in the fall.
