1. Mark Helfrich, Oregon Ducks

Record: 24-4 at Oregon, 24-4 overall

Mark Helfrich went to the National Championship Game, how is he NOT the best coach in the Pac-12? He had one loss in the regular season but rolled all other opponents. They made it to the Pac-12 Championship Game where they embarrassed an Arizona team that gave them their only loss during the year and then ended Florida State’s unbeaten streak in the semi-final of the College Football Playoff.

Sure they got pounded by tough Ohio State team, but essentially they were the 2nd best team in the nation last year. That is on Helfrich. He is a great coach that will continue to have Oregon on top of the Pac-12 Conference.
