3. Jim Mora, UCLA Bruins

Record: 29-11 at UCLA, 29-11 overall

The fact that UCLA has gotten better every year Jim Mora has been in Westwood is no coincidence. He has recruited well, developed his players and started a winning culture at UCLA. Unfortunately, Mora came in at a time where other coaches were doing the same at their respective schools, especially in the South Division.

UCLA has done great things in the last three years,  but they are going to need to do more if Mora wants them to be elite. Three 9-win seasons with two back-to-back 10-win seasons are great, but Mora needs to find a way to beat Stanford (and Oregon, though they do not meet int he regular season this year) and make it to the Pac-12 Championship Game.
