Before 2014, former UCLA quarterback Brett Hundley was asked what Bruin what surprise people in 2014. His answer, Eldridge Massington.

UCLA utilizes many receivers in offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone‘s spread offense and even though juniors Jordan PaytonDevin Fuller and Devin Lucien were the #1, #2 and #3 options, Massington has enough talent to be in the mix for a starting spot in 2015.

Massington had several great moments in 2014, but none bigger than an explosive 78-yard touchdown reception against Arizona State. It was that game that Bruin fans knew what Hundley was talking about before the season. Massington has great size, great hands and great speed. Though he was minimally on display in 2014, his efforts should definitely warrant more passes heading his way.
