Nathan Starks

Starks should be the clear #2 guy in the 2015 as he will take up the heavy load backing up the Pac-12’s leading rusher last season, Paul Perkins. Starks was fourth on the team in rushing in 2014 behind Perkins, Brett Hundley and Jordan James with 139 yards. With that much talent in front of him, he did a lot to stand out among the many young running backs the Bruins have at their disposal.

Looking at what he did in 2014, it is easy to see that Starks will thrive next year, especially behind an experienced offensive line.

The best thing about him is that he can also lower the boom on defenders. On more than one occasion, Starks would make contact with the tackler and hit them with enough force to knock them back to gain some extra yards.
