UCLA drops in both the Coaches and AP polls to #12 after they had awkwardly beat a team for the second week in a row due to lopsided performances by the offense and defense. The Bruins beat Memphis 42-35 behind a 396 passing yard performance by Brett Hundley. Last week, the Bruins seemed to have no offense while the defense shined. It was opposite this week as the offense roared whilst the defense suffered.

UCLA had started the AP Poll, the more meaningful poll, at #7 in the preseason and after a 28-20 win at Virginia last week, fell four spots to #11. Today, the Bruins were ranked #12 in both the Coaches and AP polls.
As for he rest of the Pac-12, a big win over Michigan State put Oregon at the #2 spot. A late field goal somehow warranted USC to leap up to #9 despite having over 100 total yards less than Stanford, who dropped to #15 because of uncharacteristic mistakes. Arizona State was the last Pac-12 team in the Top 25 at #16.
