How Many UCLA Championships Will There Be After 2014-15?

Let’s face it, UCLA Athletics did very well as a whole this year and there are still athletes who have not yet completed their season. Track and Field still have the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon next week. Sports run almost all the way around the calendar year at UCLA. Unfortunately, there are those strange summer months where Bruins everywhere try to occupy their time with things that are not a UCLA sport.

On the other hand, summer break is also a chance for thousands of college athletes to put in the preparation for the next season. And why? Because it pays off. During 2013-14, we saw UCLA Championships #110 and #111 rewarded to the Bruins. Both the Women’s Soccer and Women’s Tennis had phenomenal seasons that ended with them on top of their respective sports. Tennis captured their second overall while Soccer got their first in head coach Amanda Cromwell‘s inaugural season.

Aside from the Championships, several other Bruin teams made deep runs in or placed high in their respective tournaments, such as Women’s Golf, Women’s Water Polo, Softball, Gymnastics and Men’s Basketball. But what does the next season hold for UCLA? We ask you! With UCLA carrying all this success into next season, which championship will UCLA be at in 2015, one year from now?
