Eric Dailey Jr. returned to UCLA this season as a huge part of this team. He was seen as a breakout candidate due to moving back to his normal small forward position. Being a lanky wing that can handle the ball and create his own shot. He has battled inconsistencies this season going some games without scoring or scoring less than five points. But he has also shown games where he can put up double-digit nights and affect the final score in a positive way.

Dailey Jr. currently has six straight double-digit scoring games. Which includes two straight double doubles and playing his best basketball at the right time. UCLA will need all the scoring they can get from their small forward. As they look to make a deep run into the NCAA tournament as a No. 7 seed. Dailey Jr. giving this team 15 points and seven rebounds per game would be a huge boost. Something he is easily capable of doing.

This UCLA team has a really good offense when they’re healthy. Donovan Dent is an elite facilitator at the point guard position. His presence back on the floor being healthy will help give this team better offense. Although they stuck around in the Purdue game in the Big Ten tournament. You could see how his absence affected the offense being run. He changes the dynamic of everything on the floor being the floor general.

Dailey Jr. will have the opportunity to make a big impact for this team. The Bruins will need to see him continue his consistent play on both ends of the floor. March is the month that you want to see players playing their best basketball. The positive thing for this team is most of these players are doing just that. With Dailey Jr. being one of them, averaging 14.3 points and eight rebounds per game over his last six games.
