UCLA basketball roster taking form for next season

The transfer portal, players graduating, and more are forming the 2025-206 roster for the UCLA basketball team.

First, here is a look at the players who have announced where they transferred to and those players who have graduated and no longer have eligibility.

UCLA players from this past season have entered the transfer portal this offseason.

William Kyle III (Committed to Syracuse)
Dylan Andrews (Commited to Boise State)
Aday Mara (Michigan)
Dominick Harris
Sebastian Mack (Committed to Missouri)
Devin Williams

William Kyle announced that he committed to transferring to Syracuse to play for the Orange next season.

Dylan Andrews has committed to play at Boise State next season.

UCLA players who no longer have eligibility

In total, that is eight scholarship players who will not be playing at UCLA next season.

Now, here is a look at the players who will be returning from this past season's team.

Tyler Bilodeau will be a senior next season
Eric Dailey Jr. will be a junior next season
Skyy Clark will be a senior next season
Trent Perry will be a sophomore next season

Having watched a ton of Michigan State basketball these past two seasons, it is doubtful that Xavier Booker will be a full-time starter next season.

Here now is a look at the players who have committed to transferring to UCLA the upcoming season.

Donovan Dent will play basketball for UCLA next season.

Dent will be a senior next season.

Steven Jamerson II will play his final college basketball season in Westwood for UCLA next season.

He has improved statistically every season and he will be another big man for the Bruins front line next season.

Jamar Brown will be playing basketball at UCLA next season.

With the new rules for players who played junior college ball, an extra year of eligibility so he could play two seasons at UCLA potentially.

Xavier Booker will be playing in Westwood for his junior season.

His playing time was limited in East Lansing under Tom Izzo but he looks to play more for Mick Cronin and UCLA next season.
