Tyler Bilodeau is currently a little banged up with an injury. Although he avoided anything major in tests. He looks to make an impact for the Bruins during the NCAA tournament. It also will be a big opportunity for him to try and elevate his NBA Draft status. He currently is on the borderline of being a priority free agent and second round draft pick. But we all know how big March can be in making heroes and helping elevate players into the NBA Draft.

Bilodeau can score 20 points on any given night. He has been the Bruins leading scorer for the last two seasons and can score from any level. He averaged 17.6 points per game this past season in his senior year. Doing so on a blistering shooting line of 51.8/46.4/87.3. Showing that he can be effective at the next level if he were to be drafted. Shooting that well from 3-point range will make you an intriguing prospect.

The NBA game has become so reliant on shooting long distance. That guys like Bilodeau and Skyy Clark become players on NBA radars that can space the floor. If you take the game 10 years ago, it would’ve been a much different story. But they’re peaking with their play in the right era and will help their prospects. Bilodeau will be the number one guy for the Bruins in the NCAA tournament as they look to make a run.

If he is able to have a good tournament and UCLA can play three games. He will get even more recognition and people watching him. UCLA struggled for inconsistency this season, but Bilodeau was as sharp as they came. Showing on most nights, he could still get his points, regardless of how the Bruins were playing now he will look to have a good March and push his way higher in the NBA Draft. His shooting will be his calling card for his future and success.
