Washington and UCLA have played each other 76 times, the most recent being in 2022. With a record of 41-2-33, the Bruins have an all-time lead in victories over the Huskies.

Two seasons ago, the Huskies and Bruins played a recent game against one another, and the Bruins emerged victorious with a final score of 40-32.

Since 1997, UCLA has won 15 out of the last 20 games they have played Washington. However, since the first time they played each other in football in 1932, the Huskies won six of their first eight games. Washington was also from 1959 to 1975 able to defeat the Bruins 12 out of 17 times. Similar to their rivalry with Oregon, the length of win streaks by both teams has been inconsistent through out the years.

This rivalry will continue to grow as UCLA plays Washington this season and next. No one knows the long-term Big Ten schedule, as rumors keep circulating about the conference once again expanding. However, a strong case can be made that the Huskies will become their number two rival in the Big Ten in years to come.
