Here is a look at the Big Ten teams ranked No. 18 through No. 11 in this Monday edition of the Big Ten basketball power rankings.
Washington Huskies

Washington Huskies: Team ranking
Washington, unfortunately, will not be among the fifteen teams competing in the Big Ten tournament.
Penn State Nittany Lions

Penn State Nittany Lions: Team ranking
Penn State will not be among the fifteen teams, like Washington, competing in the Big Ten tournament.
Iowa Hawkeyes

Iowa Hawkeyes: Team ranking
Iowa has a 17.38% chance of making the Big Ten tournament and the Hawkeyes have a home game against first place Michigan State and a road game against Nebraska as their two final scheduled regular season games.
USC Trojans

USC Trojans: Team ranking
USC has a better chance than Iowa of making the Big Ten tournament with a 35.16% chance of making the Big Ten tournament but they need to win their last two games against Washington and UCLA to secure a spot in the Big Ten tournament. On3 has them projected as the No. 15 seed playing Ohio State in the first round of the B1G tournament.
Minnesota Golden Gophers

Minnesota Golden Gophers: Team ranking
Minnesota gets the 14 spot, edging out USC, whom they defeated this season. They are projected as the No. 12 seed based on tiebreakers, but the Golden Gophers play Wisconsin at home and travel to play Rutgers and, at minimum, need to defeat the Scarlet Knights to secure a spot in the Big Ten tournament.
Rutgers Scarlet Knights

Rutgers Scarlet Knights: Team ranking
Rutgers has a 48.32% chance to make the Big Ten tournament with a game at Purdue and a home game against Minnesota. The Scarlet Knights are currently projected as the No. 11 seed, but beating the Golden Gophers is a must for them to secure their spot in the B1G tournament.
Northwestern Wildcats

Northwestern Wildcats: Team ranking
The good news is that tiebreakers are in the favor of the Wildcats, who, having defeated Minnesota, Iowa, and USC, benefit them with their odds of making the B1G tournament at over 50%. The bad news is their final two games are against UCLA and at Maryland. Technically, they could still get into the Big Ten tournament with losing both games but it would be unlikely. On3 has them projected at the No. 14 seed for the B1G tournament at this time.
Nebraska Cornhuskers

Nebraska Cornhuskers: Team rankings
Nebraska is projected as having a 47.79% chance of making the Big Ten tournament and they are projected as a No. 13 seed for the B1G tournament by On3. They play at Ohio State and then host Iowa and a win against the Hawkeyes is a must-win game.
