Jordan Davis will have a big task for UCLA in 2026. He will be given the keys to blocking Nico Iamaleava’s blindside as the left tackle. It is a welcome sight for Iamaleava as they struggled to keep his jersey clean in 2025. Now enters the 6’5, 305-pound Davis that is an absolute unit to defend him. He was an All-Conference selection in 2024 playing at South Alabama and he has plenty of experience with over 2,000 career snaps.

Davis began his college career when he signed with South Carolina. He then moved over to South Alabama to get more of an opportunity where he was very good for the team. Now looking to improve his NFL Draft future, he will get the opportunity to do that at UCLA as a senior. With a big season keeping Iamaleava upright, he can make his way onto draft radars with his size and agility.

UCLA will have a much better offensive line in 2026 compared to 2025. A big reason for that will be Davis and what he can provide to this team. 247sports ranked him as the No. 80 offensive tackle in their transfer portal rankings. It didn’t take long for him to slide right in as the starter at left tackle. He has had a very good camp for the team as well. Playing with energy and enthusiasm in helping this offense turn its fortunes around.

UCLA will give out plenty of different looks for the 2026 season. They now have some very good tackles that can get out in space, and they can utilize the screen game. Especially with a dynamic running back in Wayne Knight to make that happen. They also know that their two big tackles can help set the edge as they try and get their running game back to being elite as well.
