UCLA heads to the Coliseum to finish out their season against the 8-3 USC Trojans. The yearly Victory Bell game is set to conclude this era of the UCLA Bruins. New coaching staff and new players are going to be coming in, and they will look a lot different next year. Fans are more than ready to see it end, but USC always brings out the best in people. This is UCLA’s rival, regardless of record you always want to see the Bruins win this game.

USC has a top 10 offense in the nation. If they were able to get the same play from the defense, they’d be a championship contender. They are 10th in the nation in points per game at 37.2 points and 5th in yards per game at 479.5. They also complete third downs at over a 50% clip which is 3rd in the nation. Simply put this Lincoln Riley offense is elite. They will score and score in bunches, can UCLA get off the field on third downs which has been their kryptonite.

UCLA should be able to get some chunk plays against the USC defense. They stole D'Anton Lynn away from UCLA after he led them to a top 20 defense in 2023. But he has not lived up to the hype. As USC cannot stop the run or pass. Depending on who starts at QB for the Bruins, there will be the opportunity they have not seen recently. Indiana, Nebraska, and Ohio State are elite defensively and Washington is better than average. Nico Iamaleava looks good to go for the game but will be seen closer to kickoff.
