Maryland Final Thoughts: Maryland comes into the game with one of the best scoring defenses in the country. They rank 13th in the nation at only allowing 16.8 points per game and rank top 25 in both pass and run yards per play. This is a team that can easily be 6-0 and ranked high if it wasn't for crushing collapses to both Washington and Nebraska. They will be eager to get back in the win column and Mike Locksley has the team playing well.
UCLA Final Thoughts: UCLA is playing great football and has a renewed energy of hope around the school. They will need to continue to get creative on offense and show different reads. Maryland has a very strong defense and will throw different looks at Jerry Neuheisel. The young coordinator has adapted his offense well and it will be interesting to watch him operate guys versus a top 20 defense.
