Let’s take a look at UCLA’s bowl projections after the regular season’s last week of play.

Based on their 7-5 regular-season record and 4-5 conference record, UCLA could be projected to play in the Independence Bowl on December 16th, 2023, against an opponent from the Big 12 conference. The most likely opponent is Texas Tech, but Iowa State or Kansas are also possible.

Los Angeles Times also is speculating that UCLA will be playing in the Independence Bowl this year.
