Where is the UCLA basketball recruiting class of 2023 currently ranked overall?

Currently, 247 Sports has UCLA ranked as the No. 17 recruiting class for 2023. On3 has the Bruins 2023 class ranked No. 15 nationally and No. 3 in the Pac-12 conference. Rivals have the 2023 recruiting class ranked the lowest at No. 24 one spot ahead of Cincinnati.

ESPN has UCLA’s incoming recruiting class ranked the highest at No. 12 and if you have a top 15 ranked recruiting class, giving them the nickname of the “Outstanding Five” is justified as Vide isn’t even included in the recruiting rankings and he may be an instant contributor to the 2023-24 UCLA team this upcoming season.

UCLA is also recruiting a potential future NBA lottery pick in Aday Mara who is a 7-foot-3 center from Spain. This recruiting class rather the Bruins get Mara to commit or not, is a very talented group of student-athletes who can contribute right away on the basketball court this season.

The UCLA Bruins men’s basketball team is expected to be one of the top teams in the Pac-12 Conference this season. They also have a talented freshman class as well as the return Adem Bona taking his name out of the NBA draft and returning to UCLA for this upcoming season.

The Bruins are like last season, still expected to compete for the Pac-12 title and make a  significant run in the NCAA Tournament. They have the talent to be a top-15 team in 2023-24. However, they will need to stay healthy and avoid any major upsets if they want to reach their full potential.

The Bruins have the talent to achieve all of the above-mentioned goals. However, they will need to play their best basketball all season long if they want to reach their full potential.
