UCLA Football: The 2023 Transfer Portal Report

UCLA and head coach Chip Kelly has done well adding key transfers from the transfer portal this season.
Let’s first look at how the national sites are ranking the Bruins transfer class this off-season.
UCLA is ranked No. 3 in the On3 transfer rankings with them having J. Michael Sturdivant as the top incoming transfer to the Bruins.
The Bruins are ranked No. 9 according to 247 Sports in their transfer rankings with them having Carson Steele as one of the top incoming transfer players to UCLA for this upcoming season. USA Today writer Paul Myerberg has Steele as the best incoming transfer to the Bruins.
UCLA is also ranked No. 9 according to SI College Football HQ with them having high praise for incoming transfer Collin Schlee.
