UCLA Soccer: The women’s team announce their 2019 schedule

The women’s UCLA soccer team has announced their 2019 regular season schedule which consists of 11 conference games and eight non-conferences games which include contests against Iowa State, Florida and Florida State.

The 2019 athletic/academic season will be here before you know it. For the UCLA soccer women’s team, that is in less than two months as the Bruins officially begin their season on August 23 at Wallis Annenberg Stadium against Iowa State.

UCLA will get two warm-ups as they have exhibition games scheduled on August 16 and August 18 against LMU and at UC Irvine, respectively. After that, their 19 regular season begins.

The Bruins have a very competitive slate on their hands, especially early on. UCLA will have non-conference games against Iowa State, LBSU, Santa Clara, and Wisconsin. They will also take on Florida State, and Florida in late August and early September which head coach Amanda Cromwell said will bring a “tournament atmosphere.”

UCLA will also head to the Aloha State for their last two non-conference games as they will face Pepperdine and Hawaii. Pac-12 play begins the week after on September 27 as the Bruins host Cal.

Ten of the Bruins’ regular-season matches will be aired on the Pac-12 Network. Here is the full schedule with start times. All times listed are in the Pacific time zone.

The Bruins begin their second year in their new home at Wallis Annenberg Stadium on the campus of UCLA.
