Week 11 at Arizona State

Though it will not be easy, the ASU game will actually be the easiest of the Bruins’ final games, despite the fact that they have one road game and two home games remaining. The Bruins should be able to handle another team in transition, but how good can ASU be? Everyone knows what they will get with Chip Kelly, but Herm Edwards is a different question, especially since he has been out of the game for years. ASU has a lot of talent which will keep them in the game, but UCLA should have the upper hand.

UCLA 38- ASU 27, W (6-4, 4-3)

Weel 12 vs USC

Now this will be interesting for several reasons. First off, UCLA almost beat the Trojans at the Coliseum last year. When this Bruin team plays with some determination, good things happen, so it will be fun to see a determined Kelly team play at the Rose Bowl. Secondly, we get to see “Kelly vs. Helton, Round 1”. With the new Bruin coach in town, this rivalry will be taken up a notch.

UCLA 33 – USC 20, W (7-4, 5-3)

Week 13 vs Stanford

If UCLA is otherworldy by this part of the schedule, then they should beat Stanford. Unfortunately, UCLA will not be completely up to the level fans expect, but they are getting there. With that in mind, UCLA will have another close battle with the Cardinal but drop their 11th to their NorCal rival.

Stanford 30 – UCLA 28, L (7-5, 5-4)

UCLA, by our predictions, should finish 7-5 overall and 5-4 in conference. This should give them enough to place third in the South Divison and hopefully get a favorable bowl bid. That is not bad for a team that has been completely gutted and rearranged by Kelly sonce the end of last seaosn, but it is only the start. Considering that more than half of this roster is full of freshmen and sophomores, the next few seasons should be a blast.
