USC Trojans |  HC Record (3-1) | OC Record (1-1) | Total (4-2)

Now these were epic battles. Though Oregon dominated USC, all six of these games were extremely exciting. Oregon and USC went after each other and threw haymakers every chance they could.

The cockiness of the Ducks and the stubbornness of the Trojans made for a great battles all six years Kelly was in Eugene. This were also some epic battles against well-regarded coaches. In his first three seasons (overall), Kelly slugged it out with Pete Carroll, going 2-1. He had the same record against his replacement, Lane Kiffin.

Luckily for UCLA fans, it seems Chip Kelly knows what he’s doing against USC. The Bruins are trying to break a three-year streak of USC wins. That could change this season as Kelly continues to figure out what the Trojans do. Seeing as how nobody knows what is expected of the Trojans in the post-Sam Darnold era, this will be a very interesting. Can Clay Helton prove he belongs at USC? Can he beat Kelly and UCLA? Or will he be exposed?
