UCLA Football: Injury report heading into Pac-12 play
The UCLA Football team has suffered from a rash of injuries to start the season and today Head Coach Jim Mora gave a detailed run down.
The injuries to the UCLA Football team are no joke. The Bruins have been trying to heal from several minor injuries since the start of fall camp, but there have also been several major issues since the season started.

Today, UCLA Football Head Coach Jim Mora went into detail about the long list of injured Bruins and there is both good and bad news.
UCLA Football Injury Report
-LB Breland Brandt (concussion) apparently got injured against Hawaii and did not play against Memphis. It is not known when he will return.
-LB DeChaun Holiday (shoulder), who has been out since spring, could be returning soon.
-RB Soso Jamabo (shoulder) is another Bruin that could be returning shortly.
-RT Sunny Odogwu (undisclosed) could see time on Saturday. If he does, it will be the first time he takes the field for the Bruins since he transferred from Miami over the summer.
-WR Audie Omotosho (knee) will also have surgery and is likely out for the season.
-DE Jaelan Phillips (ankle) is “week to week” but is looking to get back as soon as possible. He rolled his ankle during the Memphis game.
-RB Nate Starks (medial collateral ligament) could miss significant time and might be out for the season after suffering the injury at Memphis.
-DB Keyon Riley (dislocated shoulder) will have season-ending surgery.
-DB Jaleel Wadood (head trauma) is also hopeful to return. He suffered a similar injury against Hawaii.
-LB Kenny Young (head trauma) is looking to return very soon after a taking a blindsided hit in the game against the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors.

In addition to all of these injuries, DT Osa Odighizuwa will be suspended for the first half of the game against Stanford because of a target penalty he incurred against Memphis.
