It is that time of the year when many college football publications hit newsstands and give their predictions on the upcoming season. We look at where UCLA stands among them all.
And in addition to this we take a look at what UCLA Football is it expected to do each year and compare it to the reality of the current state of the Bruins.
This sparks a hot debate which originated from another UCLA podcast comprised of three Go Joe Bruin authors, The B Team podcast. To get their take on it, listen to it HERE.
As a large university in a power five conference, there should be high expectations for the Bruins every single season, but looking at what Head Coach Jim Mora has done in the last two seasons, the program has fallen way below those expectations.
Can Mora meet those expectations in 2017 or will the Bruins suffer another dreadful season (which could lead to other actions after next season in regards to Mora’s “hot seat”)?
We also talk a little bit about UCLA Basketball and the NBA Draft. Will Lonzo go to the Lakers or will another team swoop in and take the former Bruin (and make LaVar Ball mad in the process)?
